These Terms govern your use of 23points.comand the Point-1 digital product (the “Service”), provided by Filip Rogelj s.p., trading as Admentor, Srednja vas pri Šenčurju 51A, 4208 Šenčur, Slovenia (registration number 9525815000, VAT ID SI77096592). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The product
Point-1 is a digital reading program consisting of up to twenty-three short written works (“Points”) released on a schedule over approximately forty-six weeks. Purchase grants lifetime personal access to the content released during your subscription, delivered via email and the website.
2. Pricing
The standard price is €20 (one-time). A discounted price of €2 is available either to the first one hundred buyers (“Early Bird”) while slots remain, or after ten real paid purchases have been completed through your unique referral link. Prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT.
3. Referral program
Every buyer gets a unique referral link. When another person buys via your link, you earn €2 per verified paid purchase (the “Commission”). Commissions accrue to your account balance and are payable when the balance reaches €50, via Stripe Connect. Self-referrals (buying with your own link), sharing through disposable emails, or any attempt to game the system voids the affected commissions and may result in account closure.
4. Refunds & consumer withdrawal
By purchasing a digital product and beginning immediate access, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) § 135(1)(13) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m). This is presented clearly at checkout.
Even so, if the Service is permanently unable to deliver the content you bought, we will refund the amount paid. Refund requests: support@23points.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly post the paid content.
- Use automated means to scrape, replicate, or abuse the Service.
- Bypass the referral counter or forge referral purchases.
- Use the Service to break any law applicable to you.
6. Intellectual property
All content on 23points.com is the sole property of Filip Rogelj s.p. and is protected by Slovenian and international copyright law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the content for your own personal purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is a reading program and is provided “as is.” It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Suspensions arising from fraud, abuse, or illegal activity do not trigger a refund.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Ljubljana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
