Point-1 is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. By buying and accessing the first Point you consent to immediate delivery and expressly waive the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal permitted by Slovenian Consumer Protection Act § 135(1)(13) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) for digital content delivered instantly.
When we will refund
- The Service fails to deliver the purchased content because of an error on our side.
- A duplicate or unintended charge occurred (contact us within 7 days).
- A suspected fraudulent charge on your card — contact us and your card issuer in parallel.
When we cannot refund
- The content was delivered and accessed; change-of-mind is not a statutory basis for refund on digital goods.
- Affiliate-program violations — fraudulent referrals or abuse of the Early Bird window will not be refunded.
How to request
Email support@23points.com from the email on the purchase, with the Stripe receipt number. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve the issue faster and without fees to either side.
